Therapy sessions are 30 minutes long. They are intended to be efficient, practical, informative, and on-point. Longer sessions can be negotiated when scheduling. Content of the therapy is specifically personalized to the client’s goals and will be derived from a whole-body concept and geared to achievement, success, or performance.

Many blocks to success are hidden deeper in the psyche. These might be bad habits, negative beliefs, traumatic memories, etc. These sessions are deliberately longer to give time for the client to relax and fully enjoy the experiential inner journey. Sessions are 1 hour long.

Deposit: Paid 1/2 at time of scheduling and 1/2 expected at the session. Refund with at least 48 hour notice.
Price: $250 per 1hr session.

The client pays a monthly subscription in exchange for unlimited electronic communication with their therapist. There are no scheduled meetings in this subscription plan, neither online nor in-person nor via phone calls. All the communication is done asynchronously, meaning that the client sends a question or comment to the therapist via secure messaging (or any other approved electronic method) and the therapist will respond later.  It is important to note that the therapist intends to make immediate replies but may not respond promptly depending on schedule and availability. The goal is to respond within a few hours to each correspondence, except those received late in the evening, weekends, or holidays.

Deposit: Monthly subscription is paid in full on the first day of each monthly subscription period.
Price: $200 per month. Can be started on any day of the month and will be valid for one month from that day.
